Abu Dhabi's Mubadala Boosts Bitcoin ETF Stake to $408.5M, SEC Filing Shows

Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund, Mubadala, has disclosed an investment of $408.5 million in BlackRock's spot Bitcoin ETF, holding 8,726,972 shares as of March 31, 2025. The disclosure was made through a 13F filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This investment represents a strategic increase in Bitcoin exposure by Mubadala, which previously held 8,235,533 shares as of December 31, 2024. Concurrently, the Wisconsin Pension Fund exited its IBIT holdings, previously valued at $321.5 million with 6,060,351 shares.
