ShareToken (SHR) is a utility token used in the ShareRing ecosystem, a blockchain-based platform that simplifies access to assets within the sharing economy. The platform, likened to Amazon for the sharing economy, offers a single app for globally accessing and paying for a wide range of services. It was co-founded by a team led by Tim Bos, who brought experience from their previous car-sharing technology ventures. ShareToken, along with SharePay, forms the dual token mechanism of the ShareLedger blockchain.
